The International Builders' Show is the premier, once-a-year event that connects, educates and improves the residential construction industry. This year, the show attracted nearly 70,000 different residential construction professionals with nearly 1300 different exhibits. Tom and Donna Terry attended the 2023 International Builders Home Show in Las Vegas, Nevada to view all of the latest innovations in design, construction and materials. 

Tom and his wife Donna were able to take a tour of “the New American Home” which incorporates the industry’s most advanced technologies, state of the art manufacturer products, building materials and construction challenges. The house was designed and constructed to achieve NGBS emerald status - the highest level of energy efficiency and sustainability. 

After the show was complete, Tom went and visited Lake Las Vegas where he has designed several multi-million dollar homes that are currently under construction.
